We contacted Flood Pros on May 14th because we had a plumbing problem that was leaking into the basement. They sent Technician Joe over the next afternoon to take a look. He arrived on time and was a tremendous help in finding out where we had a water leak. He talked to us about how flood pro’s could remediate the damage and helped us understand how our homeowner's insurance would work for different aspects of the leak. Johnny was very thorough with all four pieces of furniture. We have a toddler grandson who joins us everyday so it was just time for a good cleaning. He did a great job. They look brand new. Thank you!
