I have nothing but positive things to say about every worker I encountered at Flood Pros. When I found that the water line on my fridge had burst and water was pouring down the wall and under the flooring, it had been doing so for who knows how long. The water was everywhere. Flood Pros came right out and came up with a reasonably priced plan for water mitigation. Later, when everything was dry again, they did the restoration of my home also. Flood Pros are doing a wonderful job. The mitigation process was fast, clean and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to working with them on the rebuild.
They did a great job at fixing the problem but the could not find the drain pipe so they took it to the sub pump to take the water out. They replaced the well & the window. Thank you Flood Pros.
Chris was awesome! Even though my basement has a unique situation, Chris gave some tips to check where the leaking was coming from and who he recommended to solve the problem. I will definitely keep Flood Pros in mind for the future. I appreciate the honesty!
Flood Prod did an exceptional job of mitigating and repairing the damage caused by a leak in the waterline to the refrigerator. Caleb came within 15 minutes of calling. He analyzed the issue and suggested a solution. He set up dehumidifiers and fans on the kitchen and downstairs. He was knowledgeable and completely explained the steps to be taken.
