Check out there Yelp reviews. Rude lady!! Elidia Tarzian Shes the wife of carlos they are nothing but fraud they wont cooperate with you when you try to reach out to them asking for a copy of the services that where made to your home but are quick to provide you with a bill and lien on your home. They put way too many dryers to over charge your insurance, Machines dont dry. They have several claims against them with the Better Business Bureau They go by the name of FPR, Flood Patrol.

Everyone that we talked with were incredibly helpful and ended up doing a fantastic job with our water damage. The technicians went above and beyond what my wife and I expected being able to measure the area quickly, as well as drying everything out and doing fantastic work with deodorizing. We were so happy the price, the timeline, and the technicians. Would definitely use them again if we ever needed!

I wasn't too pleased with the service offered. They seemed way too intent to upcharge and recommend unnecessary procedures.
