Wet Carpet Odor I have a vacation home on the beach. My first visit there, I opened the door and was hit with a horrible smell. I found the smell coming from the carpets, that happened to be soaked. I couldn't take the smell much longer. I found Flood Control online & asked if they could come out as soon as they can. They arrived the next day and extracted the water from the carpet & got rid of the disgusting smell. What a good job they did.
Candle Fire Damage I had some candles going while I was reading to relax after a hard week's work. I wanted to start the weekend off right, y’know? I guess I fell asleep on the couch, though, and knocked a candle off the table. It set the carpet on fire and I only noticed it because it got really bright and hot and woke me up. I ran to the fire extinguisher, and put out the fire pretty quick. But there was lots of damage that needed to be repaired. Flood Control was able to come over the next day and cleaned everything up.
