Very decent and honest people. Fixed my dad’s Infinti EX35 which had stalled on the highway.
Was assured that the job would be done before 11am, arrived at 9am. I told them I had work at 12 and it needed to be done before 11 and now it is not. Many people who came after me got their cars completely serviced and left before mine was done. Kept saying it would be done 'soon'. You can only say 'soon' so many times. Disappointing. Small and not air conditioned waiting area as well.
First time came here for tire service. Feels really bad. I was the first appointment in the morning at 9 am and not getting out until 12 pm and had to re do the job again due to improper installation. I believe fletcher just keep postpone my appointment and work with other vehicles who came after me. I feel discrimination at some point. I postponed my physiotherapy two times and one hour late for my work as well. anyway, I will never come to the workshop in my life.
Have been come here for almost 20 years, from old owner Mr Steve to Fletcher now, they ran the business with honesty, integrity and knowledge. Always satisfied.
