I had such a great experience with Naz! He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely talented at what he does. The people who work there make me feel like a hundred bucks and I feel pampered and beautiful when I’m there.It’s clean and the staff are welcoming, offering coffee, which every other salon I’ve gone to stopped doing during COVID and never resumed but Flock did!! Jon is THE best for blonde hair in the city! What really sets him apart is how thoughtful and careful he is with my hair every single time. He always assesses the condition of my hair first and adjusts what he does based on what it actually needs. He works with me to get the blonde I want while always prioritizing the health and integrity of my hair. I completely trust his judgment. Plus, everyone at Floka is always so warm and welcoming. Even one star feels like too much for this place. This was honestly one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I had my haircut done by Nazih Ibrahim and unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the result and the overall experience. I specifically asked for long layers and curtain bangs. Instead, I ended up with a major chop, and a significant amount of my hair at the front was cut off.
