Took in 3 air compressors and a sawzall valued at over $3500 dollars. Never got them back. When I call all i get is an answering machine. Ive heard similar stories from several people Jerry is a low life theif and should be in jail.

I dropped a Rigid drill there for warranty repair almost 4 months ago. I got a hold of them once after they had it a month and they said they would call when done and that was 3 months ago. I have called 3 times and get answering machine and can't leave a message because it is full. I plan on calling Rigid and complaining but I will probably have to drive the 40 miles over there to see what is going on. Horrible service.
Found a blower motor for me that has been discontinued for quite awhile. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing.
