Hired Flohawks because they had a 5 on Google reviews at the time, but had an all around terrible experience. Anything that requires multiple estimates, beware because they send a different tech out every time. They will also charge you in full whether they do the scope of the work or not. The first time they came out, they inspected the wrong tanks, charged me full price on the estimate and asked me to sign a new estimate for the same job on the appropriate tank. Very frustrating! First called Sept 30, now Oct 8. My rental without septic. The excuses, abominable and such a waste of time. Contacting the company has been useless. I am really upset.

Very disappointed. Had our water heater leaking, contacted Flohawks and set up an appointment from 12-4. No one ever called, called a few times during the day and was told I would be contacted shortly. Finally called again at 4 and they put me through to someone who was not helpful. No once did anything to help or make it right. Do better.

They took care of our septic issue promptly and took away a charge because the issue was not fixed the first time. Dakota came out the second time and was very professional and nice.
