Carl was great! Flo Hawks has always been very good and responsive, work hours or not.
I recently had a septic issue and called flohawks. They sent Frank out, same day (which was such a relief!). Not only did he arrive when they said he would - he was the BEST technician I’ve had work on my septic in the 11 years I’ve lived here. I’ve had a series of issues with my system and have had at least 10 septic people here doing work, inspecting, etc and not one of them told me that there’s a filter inside the tank that I’m supposed to clean monthly. I have always heard about $500 charge to replace a water valve . I had two done in the kitchen and it was. 2 1/2 hrs job because he didn’t know what kind of pex it was and needed to run for parts. It was a $1000.00 bill. Going to look for a smaller local plumber , can’t afford this type of charges.
