They were great very professional
Don't believe a single word from them about scheduling. They ate their words so many times during our sewer overflow and pump replacement. One of the situations or exercises they used was that they couldn't make it because of emergencies somewhere else. My guess is that they accepted an emergency service somewhere else after they promised our schedule. But of course an emergency situation would get them paid more. So they pushed us. I completely lost trust on them.
Never on time. Ever. Three different inspectors told us three different stories. "You won't need to pump for 3 to 4 years!" "You need to pump within the next TWO WEEKS" - literally 4 months apart. They promise to call before showing up but never do. They continually fail to find our property despite having clear instructions. They just don't read them. And then we get to billing. Estimates of $150 to $300 suddenly and magically become $800 and $900 on the invoice. We have a few more months on contract with these scam artists... read more
Giving 2 stars because the guy they sent was very nice BUT their billing is not fair. We had three other plumbing companies come look at the same issue. None could help. None charged us BESIDES Flohawks who charged us over $400 dollars just for taking a look. They told me over the phone they charge 200 just to show up (it was the weekend so I didn't have other options) so I would have been fine with that but 400 for zero work done to help my problem? Nope. Feels very unfair. Going back to my local fair companies.
Hired Flohawks after being referred to them as an honest company. They were to pump septic tank. Septic tank was pumped while I was not home. Figuring I could trust them. When I came home I removed septic lid to inspect. And what I found was a horriable job. Left 6-8inchs of sludge in bottom of tank. Contacted them with photos. They apologized.
