Our septic alarm went off overnight and we called these guys in a panic the next day. He talked us through the entire system and coached us through how to troubleshoot. Super gracious and helpful. We will absolutely be using them for septic service every time.
Toothless guy scammed me for $1000. He pumped out all the liquid from the holding tank (no sludge), which I now find out is supposed to be filled with liquid. He didn't check the pump tank, clean the filter, or check the draining rate. He said we filled up his tank so he had to charge me that much. He left smiling. Merry Christmas and Have a nice day!

Called and was told they would be here between 1 and 5. I called again at 3 to check up on the schedule and was told we were going to be at the 5:00 end of the day. At 5:30 they still hadn't showed up and I called again and was told it would be 8pm. Fifteen minutes later I get a call and was told they weren't coming at all because it was too late.
