I had my floe canopy frame tear off two years in a row from windstorms. When I spoke with the company about my issue, Preston made it seem like they would help me out and asked me to get more pictures of the lift, but he was just using me to have more info for their engineering failure. Expected more from them but they don't want to stand behind their product even after they admitted the dealer installed the canopy frame incorrectly.
My husband and I purchased the Floe lift and pier from McHenry Piers and we couldn't be happier. We have the nicest setup on the lake! When we were in the market for a lift, McHenry Piers explained the benefits of the Floe lift and how nice the pier was. It's awesome. The lift is great because it is simple to adjust, smooth and quiet. We also got the wheels for the lift which can easily be taken on and off because we need to roll our lift a ways from the shore.
