I needed a piece of shower glass that was crucial for me but most likely an inconvenience for most glass shops. Flock's was not only willing but I felt like they actually wanted to help. Glass was ordered promptly, was the correct size, and was a great price. Bonus, I mentioned a needed a large mirror and they happened to have an extra one that worked for us and sold it for 1/8 what I'd have paid in any other shop. I had six stone chips in my windshield; five were very small (1/4" or less) and one was somewhat larger and more "spider web" like, about 1/2" in diameter. At first I inquired about a replacement windshield-- they were the cheapest by about $40. When I took my truck in to have them look at it, I asked if the damage could be repaired and they assured me that all of them could be fixed.
