This group has helped me found myself again and mothering is so much easier when you do it with a flock.
All the coaches and workouts are awesome! I started 4mo postpartum. The coaches always took time to show me different options for workouts, and would give me a helping hand with my baby! Sometimes we get there late, sometimes I have to breastfeed in the middle of a class, and sometimes I have to carry my baby through the workout. Regardless what it is - we feel comfortable doing what we gotta do! We’re all moms and we’re all in this flock together. Such a fun and motivating group of women!
Come for the workout and stay for the community :) I love this group of strong and supportive women!! The instructors are certified and fantastic. Workouts are fun and challenging. Modifications and variations of intensity are offered for all fitness levels. I have been able to workout in all stages of motherhood- as a new mom, during pregnancy, and postpartum with my babies and children attending. Love being a member of this unique community!
