This community has truly meant so much to me. Being able to bring my little one while still taking care of myself removed one of the biggest barriers to working out. The workouts are challenging and empowering, but the community is what truly makes it special. The trainers are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping every mom feel strong and capable. These women and these classes have changed my life…I didn’t realize how little I was taking care of myself postpartum until I started taking care of myself. I’m so grateful for my Flock family! Sam and the LM mamas embraced me, my 2yo son asks to go to boot camp bc he loves his little besties! So grateful for Lauren and Elizabeth as well!
