The only place I will buy shoes for my kids! Their customer service is top notch! Everyone who works there is helpful and informative. They are always so patient with my children and make sure they walk out with the best fitting shoes. Definitely wouldn’t go anywhere else!
Terrible customer service. I had to call over 10 times because they kept hanging up on me, and at one point a representative actually yelled at me to stop calling. I have never experienced such unprofessional treatment from a service provider. Extremely disappointing.
