Horrible customer service. Came in with my daughter to get her school shoes. Went in saw two employees helping other customers no problem we waited. No one acknowledged us. Another man comes in with his daughter immediately gets helped. Now we’ve been ignored by three employees at this point. I’m visibly upset when an older gentleman comes out to ask if we’d been helped I said no. He measures my daughter and gives her shoes to a woman with blonde hair. Ordered shoes for my daughter during a hosted event for school uniforms. I requested to have the shoes delivered to the store for pickup since I had to pick up other shoes. However, a deliver driver showed up to my house unannounced nor did I receive word from the store that they would be delivered to my home address. As the delivery driver walks up my stairs, he breaks my railing. Then proceeds to toss the shoes at my front door scaring my dog. I called the store to express issue about this.
