Really enjoyed taking my mum for our first float on Mothers day. The two ladies on reception were amazing and made you feel at home with a very warm welcome and they explained everything in detail. Would definitely go again as I mentally feel so much better. I like that everything is provided so you don't have to carry around towels or shampoo around with you and love the vanity room and tea room that you can enjoy at the end of your session. Fantastic first experience.. Loved Sarah and Owen they were so welcoming and made me feel ready to float! Lovely though out area upstairs to redress and also a relaxation from after... Overall 5 stars x
Wow, what an amazing experience! Honestly I need that so much as I have so much going on, so to just have the time alone to relax in a quite space was heaven. Everything is so clean, and I love the private rooms. The relaxation room with the tea just helps to ease you back into the real world after. Loved it, bought as a present for my sister, she needs this more than me lol
I purchased a £200-ish voucher for Floatworks, but unfortunately, I was unable to use it within the given timeframe due to family commitments that took me out of London. While I fully acknowledge that it was my responsibility to use the voucher within the expiration period, the lack of flexibility meant that I ultimately paid a LOT of money without being able to benefit from the service. Given this experience, I had initially considered purchasing more vouchers for friends and family, but I’ll now be looking elsewhere.
I purchased a set of sessions at Floatworks for myself and my partner, totaling around £250. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen family matters, we were unable to attend within the designated timeframe. When I reached out to ask if we could use the sessions after they had expired, I was disappointed to be told that they could not make an exception.
