It was my first experience here and I am grateful. I felt like I was resting in space as it was nice to unplug for an hour. The atmosphere was tranquil and inviting. It was clean and I love the smell of lavender. Thank you Melinda for your hospitality! I look forward to going back for another self-care day.

Such soothing experience that will literally melt away your stresses. Mindy is so kind and friendly making sure you know what to expect and enjoy your experience. She offers wonderful membership opportunities I highly recommend!!

Really disappointing experience. I paid over $700 for a full year of floats, and when I finally went to use them, all my credits were gone. Floatopia hides behind policies disclosed after purchase (which is illegal) to avoid honoring what customers paid for. When I went to the store to discuss it, the owner refused to let me use the few credits she initially offered, screamed at me, and then proceeded to kicked me out. Zero accountability and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t trust Floatopia with a single dollar.
