It's not about the tea, although Shiuwen and Noah's tea choices start at excellent and go to extraordinary. Rather, it's about the tea journey that drinking good tea can take us on over the years. There is always something new to enjoy and to learn from. I have learned from generous teas and from teas that told me, "You don't know tea! Drink more tea! Learn more tea!"
