The Fire and Ice experience is absolutely incredible! The facilities are immaculate and the environment is truly restorative. Highly recommend!
Try the Fire & Ice. Keep voices quiet and enjoy the serenity. Sauna, cold plunge, acoustic resonance loungers, or quiet lounging — follow your body, not a schedule. Check online for more info. Once I was done it was nice to sit and relax in the front area. The staff is very helpful.
As soon as I walked into Fire & Ice, I was almost speechless. It's such an incredibly beautiful, serene, unique, dreamy, ethereal and relaxing space. I could have spent the entire day there! I started off by relaxing to music on one of the vibrational acoustic lounge chairs and then moved to the stunning sauna surrounded with the the healing, therapeutic benefits of Himalayan salt therapy. Normally, I don't get much benefit from meditation, breathing exercises and the like, but my floating experience was incredible. It was so relaxing, and I felt that I was able to really experience the benefit of minimal sensory input and total calm. Cannot recommend it enough, especially when things are busy and you need to take some time to relax. Best experience float is located in where the old sk8skates shop used to be on Pembina it’s so awesome that they kept the sk8skates sticker up to honour one of the first owners of sk8skates highly recommend to any old skaters that are super sore from skateboarding over the years definitely worth it
