Normally, I don't get much benefit from meditation, breathing exercises and the like, but my floating experience was incredible. It was so relaxing, and I felt that I was able to really experience the benefit of minimal sensory input and total calm. Best experience float is located in where the old sk8skates shop used to be on Pembina it’s so awesome that they kept the sk8skates sticker up to honour one of the first owners of sk8skates highly recommend to any old skaters that are super sore from skateboarding over the years definitely worth it
Recently escaped to ‘Fire and Ice’. Very relaxing atmosphere. The warm vibe beds are a great place to start. Bring one or two of your friends and enjoy the experience! Highly recommend.
I was super excited to try out the new spa at float.calm this weekend. I can honestly say that it did not disappoint! I felt my nervous system restore in just an hour of enjoying all of what Fire and Ice has to offer. The design is gorgeous…think “luxury room” with all the wellness tools needed to support relaxation and rejuvenation. I definitely recommend!!!
