Shower only had the cold setting, which ruined the whole experience. I couldn’t shower properly before or after because of how freezing the shower temperature was. Other than that the rest was fine.
The best place to relax in Winnipeg hands down. If you have never done a float you must try it. It's tranquil beyond belief.The fire and ice area is absolutely incredible and maxes out at 6 people so no large crowds like some other places. The quality of the space cannot be over stated. I didn’t know what to expect. Floating in water and 90 minutes in the dark, was never a thought of how to heal. If your brain is constantly always overthinking and never have the ability to turn off. This is the place to go! Best experience ever!! Took about 10 minutes for me to float, simmer, and enjoy the experience. My brain has never felt so calm. Will definitely be back. Staff member was welcoming, facility is well maintained and cleaned. Thank you for a great first time experience ❤️
