The facility is clean, smells amazing, staff is friendly, and all the services are good for the soul.
I came in to buy a gift card for a family member's birthday. The lady at the desk was friendly and helpful. The front waiting area was clean, had comfy seating a calm vibe. There is a decent amount of parking but it is a shared parking lot with other businesses.

I had a great experience at Float last week and Anita was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will go back for sure.
