Relaxing, very clean, perfect atmosphere, the sauna is fantastic. Staff are helpful but don't get in your way. Herbal tea sets the tone. Perfect!
I’m so glad that there is an Energy Enhancement Centre closer to my home in the east end of the GTA. I have visited one other location before but you had to drive to the west end of the GTA and it took a long time and there was so much traffic. I loved that I was provided with a blanket, a neck pillow and an eye mask. I can’t wait to come back and try some other services you offer.
