OK, well they asked for the review, so here it is. I was just there for my third or fourth visit. I arrived 15 minutes early for a steam session. I wait 10 minutes for the machine to warm up as I'm told, then change into my swim trunks and wait another 10 or so minutes for a different girl to open up the steam cabinet and when she does I point out that it wasn't cleaned after the last person. Alia’s breathwork class is intimate and sacred. She creates an atmosphere of safety, where I felt I could let go enough to have an incredible experience. Ending with a sound bath and soundscape allowed me to enjoy the body buzz and deep relaxation Alia guided me into. She is an incredible teacher…you will feel cared for. I bought the Ultimate Connection package for two people, which consisted of a 60-minute ocean float and 60-minute hot/cold and red light therapy. We went on a Friday. The overall experience was interesting and I chose it specifically because my husband loves ice baths. The facility is fairly clean and has an oasis-like vibe. There are multiple rooms for all kinds of services, including bigger rooms designed specifically for two people. Amazing experience
I went on Valentine’s Day with my wife for a sauna and a float session. We had an amazing time. The place is super nice and clean. The staff are great. The sauna was super hot and the float session was fantastic. I would go again for sure and would recommend Float Valley
