Fair warning to anyone considering Float State: it used to be good, but the Float State that built its reputation is gone. If you’re hoping for the warm, healing, community-oriented space it once was, you’ll likely be disappointed. At this point, I’d strongly suggest steering clear and saving your money. I've been to Float State many times and the service and environment is always excellent. Today was my first time trying the contrast therapy and it was fantastic. 20min in the sauna, then 3 min in the cold plunge, then back to the sauna and cold plunge once more. Really invigorating- highly recommend!
