Terrible customer service. They called me 7 min before my appointment to tell me they ran out of nitrogen. I was literally pulling into the parking lot when they called. I waited 10 min inside to speak with someone and was told the nitrogen delivery didn’t show up that morning as expected. It was 3:30pm. I should have been notified much earlier but there was no concern for my inconvenience or wasted time. I’m relieved I didn’t prepay.
This place quickly became my second home. I live with daily pain and anxiety/PTSD. I've found many things at Float Stafford that helps with all. I started with a membership to the oxygen bar just to get my foot in the door. The room is very comfortable and it feels nice to get a little oxygen break here and there. I can't wait to try all the flavors! I received a free float for my birthday and loved it. I ended up buying some of the winter packages. Absolutely love this place! Very relaxing atmosphere. I have been getting the cryoskin face-lift and it is working great! My face is softer, smoother and I look younger. I keep getting asked what I am doing. The lines are disappearing and the best part it's not evasive just a little cold. No surgery or injections needed😊 Also I just started using the float you can easily fall asleep in that and as a athletic person really helps with all the muscle pain.
