The customer experience and the quality of the float tanks are clear. However, it’s a facade and the behind-the-scene/being an employee is a nightmare. The owner presents as pleasant to customers but is malignantly critical, inappropriate (speaking poorly of customers and staff TO other staff) and is likely unlawful. During training, we were forced to do push ups and were side-eyed if we couldn’t. My attendant Anna made my orientation pleasant, smooth and answered all my questions! I loved the open large tub immensely. The only little thing that was not good was I was cold while in the tub! I love that you provide everything! Thanks so much for providing such a great service. I look forward to my return!"
The only place in town with the float pool for two. The staff was very helpful and the experience overall was worth the money. Highly recommended to anyone looking to de-stress
Float North is the gift that keeps on giving. I've been having some lower back pain and my chiropractor said I need to loosen my psoas. My float this week + 90 minutes with Guillermo was just the thing to fix me up. If you haven't tried floating, you need to add it to your list!
