This is an experience you need to try. Don't be afraid. You can come into this adventure completely stressed out or completely free. Floating will open up new doors for you in life no matter what you're feeling before that moment you step into that oasis. The owners here make you feel completely prepared and ready to take on this adventure. I could not ask for better guides when taking this leap of healing, internal or external. Life is full of adventures, let this be one!

Wonderful experience, highly recommend trying Float Light if you haven’t! I was a little nervous about doing 90 minutes as my first experience but very glad I did. Doing stretches while floating made my back and neck feel fabulous after I took time to relax and let go. It felt like being in a dream! Will definitely be coming back!
Very accommodating. Comfortable and easy to slip into a deep relaxation. Would recommend to anyone on the fence about trying, great way to let go of daily stress.
If you've been thinking about trying floating, I highly recommend trying it at Float Light. The owners are super nice people who are clearly passionate about what they do. It was a wonderfully unique experience.
