I was a little nervous going into my first float today but the owners made me feel so welcome and comfortable that by the time I entered the pod I was calm and ready. As an athlete that trains 6 days a week this is going to be a godsend. I was able to relax and feel my achy muscles soak in the epsom salts. This will definitely become part of my recovery routine. Had my 1st float yesterday. Was expecting to feel sleepy when I got out. I was invigorated! I had a great night sleep too. I feel great. I kept the light and music on. Curious to try again without. Thanks for a great experience!!!
Float Harder has the potential to out-float all the competition on the Coast of Maine. People will come from miles around from Portland, to Rockland, to Portsmouth, and Bar Harbor. The owners of Float Harder are business oriented but know how to work hard. This business run by Maine born and bred natives is just what Portland and the coast of Maine needs to heal those aching bodies after the snow. Definitely a place to flock to.
