Horrible service, they keep asking me for my credit card, I was trying to use a gift certificate, the person hang the phone and denied to give me an appointment without my credit card, I offered the gift certificate number but she wanted more money I guess. Do not buy from here.
I am not going back. I have gone several times over the last few years - some very good massages, some mediocre and one that was poor. The reason I am not returning is because I purchased about 4 or 5 massages during a promotion - I paid ahead and bought them all at the same time. However, I found out later that I am not allowed to schedule an appointment to use these unless I give a credit card number with the access code - I am not comfortable doing this. RecommendedWe had a wonderful floating experience at Float Euphoria. When we called to book our float, the staff was professional, helpful and pleasant. This spa like experience was second to none. The float was a calming and peaceful experience. The rooms were spotless. Staff were well trained, experienced and helpful. Beautiful place. We hope to go back soon.

I had a wonderful / peaceful experience here and will definitely try and make a return visit . The pod was a whole new experience in itself , very calming .
