My body felt so much better after my massage with Michelle MD Drake. I did a float immediately after and left feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated. Seriously though, the amount of training I do leading up to a fight rakes a toll on my body. With just one session with her I already felt the knots and stiffness in my shoulder go away and I was able to fall asleep sooner and wasn't tossing and turning to try to somewhat find a comfortable position from hoe sore and stiff I was. Absolutely recommend booking here!
FLOAT really brings the whole package! Ambiance, Tranquility, Relief. I LOVE the salt cave! It is amazingly beautiful being completely surrounded by Himalayan Pink salt and hard wood accents. I focused on taking deep, rhythmic breaths and was surprised how deeply I was able to breathe! I didn’t even know I could breath that deeply. I visited Float today for my first ever salt therapy. I was extremely impressed with the staff and facility. I even got a chance to try out the massage chair room. They have a monthly membership that includes either a massage or a float session. The float session also includes a 15 minute session in their fabulous massage chairs. Went there the other day & had an amazing float. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. I would recommend them for a first time float, or looking for a new place to try. I know I will be back for sure.
