I think after the float is the best part. It reminded me of what being born must feel like: everything is so new, your taste buds are enhanced, and lights and colors are really vivid. Very relaxing yet euphoric experience! I will definitely go for more sessions.
Great experience! Staff was super friendly, informative, and patient. I never felt rushed or left wondering what to do next. The facility was clean and inviting.
I had been very interested in sensory deprivation. I'm a combat Vet with deployment related troubles. I have tried a lot of different things to help me. I find meditation helps very much. Sometimes while meditating, I have trouble clearing my mind. I tried this, and it allows me to really focus on the chatter playing in my sub conscience, and work through the distractions. Floating assist me in quieting my mind. I leave feeling lighter and calm. I highly recommend it to anyone.
