My daughter is visiting and wanted to take a couple classes. She LOVED IT! She said the studio and the people there were all amazing!

I have been to a lot of fitness studios over the years but Flo is my favorite! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming from the first time I walked in the door and answered all my million questions with a smile. The classes are great and I love the huge variety of workout, spin, and yoga classes to take.
