It was the first time in my life that I enjoyed going to the gym and have achieved good results. I started in Feb 2025 when my son was 8 months old and lost 10 kilos by September 2025. It’s a great environment and you get to be part of a community. Thank you Flo for helping me on this journey.
I started going to Flo for one on one PT strength training to deal with knee pain from osteoarthritis in both my knees. I wanted to be able to do day to day things without pain or my knee giving away. He did such a good job with me that I am back running and did another City to Surf without any pain. Thanks Flo!
Flo did the impossible for me. I spent most of my adult life being lazy, sedentary and not caring what or when I drink and eat. I've trained at various gyms for a long time but Flo is by far the best. I'm stronger (and more confident) than I thought possible. More importantly it's such an amazing community of diverse and supportive people - working out there is simply fun.
I’ve had two knee injuries and flo has helped me do my with strengthening and rehab. He has been amazing at customising my training sessions to suit what I can do and what I need to get myself stronger and back to what I love doing quickly
