I started training here for fitness, but it quickly became about much more than that. With Flo’s guidance, I learned how to lift properly, build consistency, and grow both physically and mentally. The environment is supportive, welcoming, and truly community focused. I’m very grateful for the journey, the lessons, and the encouragement along the way. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for more than just a workout. Vamos!!!!!
Flo is hands down the best trainer around! He has the knowledge and patience to build and execute programs to support injuries and he makes the experience fun whilst achieving great results for his clients.

It was the first time in my life that I enjoyed going to the gym and have achieved good results. I started in Feb 2025 when my son was 8 months old and lost 10 kilos by September 2025. It’s a great environment and you get to be part of a community. Thank you Flo for helping me on this journey.
I started going to Flo for one on one PT strength training to deal with knee pain from osteoarthritis in both my knees. I wanted to be able to do day to day things without pain or my knee giving away. He did such a good job with me that I am back running and did another City to Surf without any pain. Thanks Flo!
