Dave helped us with our kitchen and laundry renovation. He was very knowledgeable and came up with great solutions for our old house. Always on time and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Was great to work with!
Wouldn't recommend. Came out to look at our hotwater system, everything seemed all too difficult and charged 110 bucks after looking at it, never informed me of any service charge before hand until he was leaving. Wasn't impressed.
We have used Flo-Rite plumbing on several occasions at our short stay accommodation properties. Dave made time to quickly make the repairs to the plumbing to get our guests water supply back to normal..
We had a leaking toilet, which has been fixed twice before. Dave arrived to explain the valve that had been replaced was in WRONG! and the toilet seat need a new washer. Professional quick service. Thanks for the quick response to my call.
