My apologies if this is long-winded, but it's worth it! So in 2020 I purchased my home. The previous owner was having a new roof put on prior to my buying it, and it was completed only days before we closed. In short, the contractor did a wonderful job on the roof, but failed in almost everything else the previous owner paid and hired them to do - it's an older house, so she was remodeling before putting it on the market. Mr. Gatza very kindly came up to my house in shelby country and was a pleasure to do business with. He came to my door and noticed our baby was sleeping and worked on our gutters as quietly as he could, even though I insisted not to worry about it. He was very respectful and is a true professional. I will be calling him next go-around!
