They don't service my area but I am in Chicago. Which is why I am giving them a one star for false advertising, and I just saw a Flo Max truck park on the next block. However, they did a great job for me two years ago for $3500 dollars. Go figure!
Matthew did an excellent job today,he arrived promptly and was very professional, I appreciate the quality of service, this was our first time using Flo maxx, and we will definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs it.
Had a backed up toliet, flomaxx 's " Lalo" was very kind and courteous. He explained all the possible issues and solutions. He took care of the problem in less than 10 minutes. Im very pleased with the outcome.
Matthew came out professionally and diagnosed my issue 5 star service definitely will be using flomaxx for other plumbing issues in feature.
