So me and my wife’s previous gym closed and we weren’t sure where we would go. Someone suggested we try flow fitness and what a great decision we made. Nice workout space and classes aren’t to large so you get to get great coaching. There is a good variety of workouts. The best is the community and no matter where you are in your fitness journey they are able to provide great programming to work with your level. Everyone in the gym is extremely supportive.

I've been taking a variety of classes here over the past year and have really been enjoying them. As someone who has tried out numerous class types, I think this is a great overall strength and cardio workout. The workout changes every day and is made specifically for that day and to build on what you did in the previous weeks. The people who go here are all really nice, welcoming and they all act like family. They have a water fountain to fill your bottles, two showers with soaps etc., but just bring your own towels.

Great and supportive community no matter where you are with your fitness goals. Small class size allows coaches to provide 1:1 guidance. Solid blend of weight training, core and cardio. Place motivates you to push way beyond your idea of a comfort zone.
