I contacted Florin to investigate why half of the lights in my house weren’t working. He confirmed he’d be out the following day and kept me updated on his arrival time. Florin was prompt in diagnosing the issue, and the fix was completed within minutes. I also asked him to replace a fused socket in the kitchen, something I hadn’t originally requested, and he carried it out without hesitation. His work was clean, tidy, and professional throughout. I’d definitely recommend him.
