Ivan Flores of Flo Construction just finished building our brand new home from the foundations up in Crestline, CA. My husband and I could not be happier with EVERYTHING that Ivan has done. I will start from the end....as that is where MANY contractors fail!! As with ANY project, there have been a few items that we needed Ivan to come back and work on after we paid the final bill. I have worked with FLO Construction for many years and found their work to be of superior quality. Their workers show up on time and clean up after each day's work. I cannot speak more highly of this companies work ethic. I know when I have a problem or need something new to be done, I can call on FLO Construction. I would never call another company to do my projects. This is a five star. You will be surprised on how good your project will turn out.
I had a great experience working with Ivan. He performed a redo of our garage, which sustained major damage during the 2023 snow storms. Not only did he do a great job, but the process went very smoothly. Ivan is thorough and a good communicator, which I greatly appreciated! His crew is also very professional. Highly recommend.
Ivan and his team built two new decks for us... they are TRUE professionals. Friendly, knowledgeable and got the work done in incredible time. I was always made aware of the progress of the build and the suggestions Ivan made for improvement were game-changers. His years of knowledge in construction and design show through in everything he does. He truly is an incredible find. I would HIGHLY recommend Ivan and his team to anyone.
