I have resided here for the past three years, and I must say that the neighborhood is truly exceptional, offering a peaceful and serene environment. While there have been occasional issues with the availability of hot water, I am pleased to acknowledge the commendable efforts of the current management and security teams. Their responsiveness is truly impressive, as they consistently address concerns with remarkable swiftness.
I lived here for two years, and I can say that I had the worst experience of my life, most of the time I didn't have hot water for showering, I didn't have a heating system for several weeks in winter, the security of the building is abysmal, there is no 24-hour security, finally I couldn't bear it anymore. And I moved to a new place.
Very quiet boutique building hiding in a lively neighborhood.
