Downloaded the app, put $25 on account and started charge but Station on left would not initiate charge; called for assistance and was told my vehicle must not have enough charge to initiate the charge, it’s at 30% when I stopped.
Impossible to charge without using the app; app is broken in several places.
You need a stupid app. Also the charger is pretty slow at only 50kw
