I had a very frustrating experience at the Acadia Academy Flow Station Charging point (550 Main Street, Wolfville). When I arrived, there was only one charging spot, and non-electric vehicles were blocking it due to an event. Despite the app showing availability, I arrived with almost no charge left and had to park on grass, stretching my cable dangerously far to reach. Acadia Academy needs better oversight, clearer signage, and improved safety measures. This was risky and very inconvenient—please take action!

Fast and easy to use! Cost us $20 for a 90 minute charge.

We spent 20 minutes fiddling around, it said there were problems with the cards, after that I managed to log in through the application, which also said there were problems with the card and needed to contact technical support. 2024 year and the FLO company can't make a normal app.

I used this August 14, 2024. Another user was just leaving when I arrived, so no waiting. It wouldn’t accept my new unused FLO card but with the help of their telephone support it did work with the app. FLO has excellent quickly available support. Have had a lot of trouble with their card though. Easy walking distance from the charger to a pub so we had dinner while waiting. A good experience.
