We spent 20 minutes fiddling around, it said there were problems with the cards, after that I managed to log in through the application, which also said there were problems with the card and needed to contact technical support. 2024 year and the FLO company can't make a normal app.
I used this August 14, 2024. Another user was just leaving when I arrived, so no waiting. It wouldn’t accept my new unused FLO card but with the help of their telephone support it did work with the app. FLO has excellent quickly available support. Have had a lot of trouble with their card though. Easy walking distance from the charger to a pub so we had dinner while waiting. A good experience.
Only has the abity to charge with CHAdeMO or CCS1
Clunky heavy and doesn't work for all cars. Only two chargers. Needs replacing to sleek updated units.
it used to be possible to start just from the app, but today we couldn't do that because they changed the rules and of course the didn’t warn about it. thanks for the ruined weekend plans
