Constantly broken, and when it does charge its slower than the 50kw it claims to provide. Only charger for 100km, do your best to avoid ever needing it. Called customer support about it being dead, they said it's been dead for 13 hours with no ETA on repairs. I asked why there was no ETA, and the rep said 'oh sometimes they are dead for months, we get to it when we get to it'
