Both fast chargers are broken and in my experience, usually are (anecdotal evidence supported by customer support agent). The second level charger (there’s only one) seems to be charging someone’s Tesla just fine, so that’s nice for them, when there’s about ten dedicated Tesla chargers a block away and they’re using the only functional all-car charger in the area. Surprisingly pleased! Had a bad experience with Flo before but this charger was pretty fast and reliable. Having to use the app was inconvenient but a good experience once I downloaded it. Biggest problem was not having the numbers of the charger on the charger. AAC-00115 is the one on the right, closest to the Canadian Tire parking lot :)
