I’ve used Flo-Air since Sept ‘22 on a friend’s recommendation when I had a bit of an emergency. They are responsive to texts and get my work requests completed promptly. In Sept ‘25, after a couple of repairs that were more band-aids, we had to make the decision to get a new unit (compressor, air handler, and furnace). Greg has done work for me in the past. That’s why I called him first when I had an issue. He shows up on time. He gets the job fixed. Not just looked at. He had a family function on Saturday when I called him. Instead of just saying he can’t help, he looked at pictures and walked me through the process and helped me fix it myself.
