Love this gym great people
My home away from home. I've been coming here since 2015 and am proud when people ask me what gym I go to. Gratitude comes to mind a lot when I'm here. The owner Gui, has created an awesome place that provides community to all with like minded goals no matter how different they may be. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to get a WOD in and have some fun doing so.
Tried CrossFit a few years ago and after 2 months I was still not able to finish any of the classes. At FLL I was able to fit right in, encountered a great atmosphere with trainers interested in my workout capabilities and tailoring the exercises to my capacity, after as few as 3 weeks of training I can feel the physical improvement. Can’t wait to see myself in a few months !!!! Now I know I was not too old to do CrossFit !!🥰
I am visiting my son and wanted to keep up with my workouts so I visited FLL. Everyone made me feel right at home and I got a great workout! I am super happy to have a CrossFit in Ft Lauderdale to attend when I am in town. Thanks FLL!
