Malcom (the supervisor) doesn't care about the employees. I went thru penmac (temp agency) and I worked there a little over a month. In the book y'all sent home upon employment, it says that y'all will make schedules accordingly to temperatures! We are coming into the heat of the year and they are working 12 hour shifts 6 days a week....
