I had reason to discuss my medication I put in a request for the pharmacist and I received a call from Zahid Iqbal. He was very patient and listened to what I had to say, which was a lot. He asked questions regarding the issue and was very thorough. I have spoken to him previously and he is very friendly whilst being professional. He came up with some good suggestions and I was happy and pleased with the outcome. I feel he's a valuable member of the team. Thank you.

I recently visited a clinic for a blood test and some injections, and unfortunately, I was quite concerned by what I observed. It seemed that the NHS guidelines regarding hand hygiene and the use of gloves were not being followed. I noticed that the nurse did not wear gloves during the procedures, which immediately raised a red flag for me. Furthermore, there was no hand sanitizer used. Absolute disgrace! I requested an emergency prescription for pain relief that is on my repeat prescription after a fall. I broke a bone in my left foot & sprained my right ankle. I explained to the receptionist how much pain I was in. I later rang my pharmacy to check if it had been sent, no. I hoped it would be done for Saturday morning but again no. How caring is that.
