This transport company waa awesome. Front the representative that call me was professional. They picked up my car in a timely manner and the driver kept me informed throughout the process. They also have reasonably priced.
This was a great experience they did a very good job of explaining the entire process from start to finish. They were very prompting getting my Auto scheduled to be delivered. They let me know when it was gonna be delivered. They let me know when it was picked up and the delivery driver when he delivered my car, helped me navigate to where he was in order to be able to get the car because he couldn’t come into my neighborhood overall five stars.
DO NOT USE FLIX AUTO! Key issues included: - They contracted my car haul to an inept business (ProTech Auto) - Not putting in any effort to ensure my car was safe when ProTech Auto’s truck broke down, which sat in a repair shop for a week. - Continuously stated my car was fine and repairs were underway when they were not. Through my own effort, I confirmed with the repair shop owner that no payment was coordinated by ProTech for repairs -even after a whole week- and the shop was on the verge of towing the broken truck an... read more
Be careful when dealing with this company An agreed price of $650 was agreed upon with a 72 pick up and delivery guaranteed. Sounded good. I followed up for 2 days and then received a call that my car could be picked up tomorrow at an additional cost of $500 and delivered 5 days later Pick up Friday ..delivered Tuesday. Using Flix Auto Transport was a seamless process. I contacted them and had my vehicle delivered to my house within 3 days, from a dealership 9 hours away at half the cost the dealership offered. Thanks Travis and crew.
