This transport company waa awesome. Front the representative that call me was professional. They picked up my car in a timely manner and the driver kept me informed throughout the process. They also have reasonably priced.

Scheduled for pick up and driver refused pickup. Company was made well aware of modifications on vehicle. The truck itself was a bad truck to transport. Driver was also very rude to us. Driver and myself tried to call the agent and cannot be reached to figure it out. They also quoted me a guarantee price until day before pickup and said drive negotiated for an extra $200, I ended up settling for an extra $50. They even wanted me to Zelle payment. Be careful when dealing with this company An agreed price of $650 was agreed upon with a 72 pick up and delivery guaranteed. Sounded good. I followed up for 2 days and then received a call that my car could be picked up tomorrow at an additional cost of $500 and delivered 5 days later Pick up Friday ..delivered Tuesday. Cleveland to Deer Park NY which is an 8 hour drive. Here is the irony of the situation. Using Flix Auto Transport was a seamless process. I contacted them and had my vehicle delivered to my house within 3 days, from a dealership 9 hours away at half the cost the dealership offered. Thanks Travis and crew.
