Using Flix Auto Transport was a seamless process. I contacted them and had my vehicle delivered to my house within 3 days, from a dealership 9 hours away at half the cost the dealership offered. Thanks Travis and crew.
Service was excellent! I was very nervous at first due to another company being super shady. Flix Auto Transport was very helpful!! If I had any questions at all I got a response promptly. They put my mind at ease and were very trustworthy! I got updates throughout the process and there were no price changes or delays at all! I had a very smooth experience working with Zach and my driver, Ray. Everything went very smoothly and pickup and delivery were quite efficient (they went 1200 miles in 3 days and my car arrived in the same condition it had been in— possibly even with a tad of added gas— it had been close to empty when I dropped it off and seemed slightly less empty when I picked it up!). After doing my due diligence in looking for a transport company, I selected Flix AT. I made contact with Flix and Liam was wonderful. He quoted me a price that was FIXED and my vehicle would be picked up with 3 days. It wasn't but about 2 hours later, Liam called to tell me they had secured a transport and would be arriving between 2-4 pm. The driver would call one hour before arrival and it was exactly one hour after the driver called me, that he was at my destination to pick up my vehicle. Tony picked up my car on time and quickly, very convenient and easy experience. Car arrived with no damage, I do recommend for future transportation needs. Payment was easy and fast, digitally, everything was documented via photo/video and am happy with the service.
