Brilliant. As someone who is not a plumber I had a pretty awkward and specific request involving extending the riser on an existing shower. All of the staff but particularly Tom and Nigel where extremely helpful and actively worked with me to try and find the appropriate parts over the course of a couple of days in order to make my job work.
