I thoroughly enjoyed myself during my visit to Flirty PhyZique! This was my first time EVER doing a sauna detox, herbal foot bath, and the vibration plate. However Zakiya explained the benefits of each service to me before we started, and made me feel extremely comfortable. I came into the spa feeling very tired and stressed out. I had such an invigorating experience. The sauna wrap was so effective! I even loss more water and inches days after! It was so unbelievable!! Zakiyah was so knowledgeable about all of the services I received. I will definitely return for more sessions! Thanks so much for the experience, Z!!

First let me start off by saying the day of my Flirty PhyZique appt, I had a tension headache as well as shoulder stiffness before I went to my Flirty PhyZique appt, I was really thinking about rescheduling my appt with Flirty PhyZique but must I say I'm glad I didn't! After my Sauna Detox treatment the tension headache and shoulder stiffness was gone!
