What I don’t understand is why you all don’t have the tech’s name under their work on your IG page? Everyone doesn’t have the same skill level or professionalism. I gave them a 1 for professionalism due to having an appointment for a refill and no reminders of any kind call, text, email, etc...I knew my appointment was for Saturday but had forgotten the time, I call constantly Friday evening, during business hours no answer, just an answering machine I leave a message. No call back before the close of business on Friday.
