Originally not from Indiana so when I moved here I needed to find a good psychiatrist/office. I did multiple searches and looked at all the reviews! I sent a message online and was booked and seen within 2 weeks. (Also had a call about another person open quicker and took the available option sooner) I had my first visit today and I couldn’t be more pleased! I've been being seen at flipside for about 3 years now. There aren't words for how fantastic Kristi is. Shes beyond compassionate. So easy to talk to. And even found a diagnoses that no other doctor had ever considered for me and it changed my life. She's always quick to respond to messages and goes out of her way to do whatever she needs in order to help her clients. I trust Kristi so much that I recommended her to my sister and even when my sister lost her insurance, Kristi helped her find a way to get her medication.
I didn't have a good experience with this office. I waited for 2 months for the appointment as my previous doctor unfortunately passed away. I had to quit my meds cold turkey. When it came for the time of the appointment I have waited for 20+ minutes before the person I was supposed to see decided to join. When I expressed my unhappiness with the whole situation (I took time off work and even found a baby sitter so I can have my session undistracted) and that I felt that me and my time was disrespected, I was told that "it's... read more
Ashlie and Kristi are amazing. The facility is very comfortable and accommodating. I have never had any issues with anything and i have dealt with them for almost a year. Great staff and very important services for all my mental health needs.
