I cannot recommend Flipside Psychiatric highly enough. Their approach to care is a perfect blend of high-tech and high-touch. Their app is stellar and makes managing care seamless, but it’s their open communication that really sets them apart. Even the Client Relations Specialist is exceptionally compassionate. As a long-term caregiver, I’ve seen it all—and this is exactly what exceptional psychiatric care should look like. I do not want to give any details, but implore you to get to know them personally. They are wonderful.
Originally not from Indiana so when I moved here I needed to find a good psychiatrist/office. I did multiple searches and looked at all the reviews! I sent a message online and was booked and seen within 2 weeks. I've been being seen at flipside for about 3 years now. There aren't words for how fantastic Kristi is. Shes beyond compassionate. So easy to talk to. And even found a diagnoses that no other doctor had ever considered for me and it changed my life. She's always quick to respond to messages and goes out of her way to do whatever she needs in order to help her clients. I trust Kristi so much that I recommended her to my sister and even when my sister lost her insurance, Kristi helped her find a way to get her medication.
I didn't have a good experience with this office. I waited for 2 months for the appointment as my previous doctor unfortunately passed away. I had to quit my meds cold turkey. When it came for the time of the appointment I have waited for 20+ minutes before the person I was supposed to see decided to join. When I expressed my unhappiness with the whole situation (I took time off work and even found a baby sitter so I can have my session undistracted) and that I felt that me and my time was disrespected, I was told that "it's... read more
